IMPORTANT CLIENT INFORMATION

 

 

session prep

 

To ensure we make the most of our time together, please aim to be ready at least 15 minutes before your scheduled session. This helps us start relaxed and without feeling rushed.


If you arrive/ready more than 30 minutes late, that time will unfortunately be forfeited.


While I will always make the most of the remaining time, I’m unable to extend the session to make up for lost time.

 

 

what to expect on the day

 

Wild Cactus sessions are all about authenticity. Come ready to explore, get a little messy, enjoy a snack along the way, and embrace being barefoot and free.


Simply be yourselves while I gently document the genuine moments as they naturally unfold. Avoid saying things like '"you behave yourself for the photo" or "smile for the camera". Let your little ones be wonderful and wild...no forced smiles or poses. Let them be themselves.

 

 

Your Gallery

 

1–1.5 Weeks


You’ll receive a selection of sneak peeks from your session. I always aim to send these through as soon as possible, so you don’t have to wait in the full editing queue to relive a few special moments.


3–6 Weeks


Your full gallery will be delivered within 3–6 weeks. Turnaround time can vary depending on the season, as I edit in the order sessions are photographed, but I always do my best to get your images to you as quickly as possible without compromising on quality.

 

 

Trust the process....

 

Your job is simple to be together. I'll guide you when needed, but most of the time I'll be looking for the little things, the cuddles, the chaos, the belly laughs, the wondering and all the moments you didn't even realise were happening.  




 

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please notify me at least 24 hours prior to your booking time.

 

Copyright & Privacy

Wild Cactus retains the copyright to all images and may use selected photographs for portfolio, publication, social media, and marketing purposes.


Your privacy is important to me, if you would prefer your images to remain private, please let me know in writing before your session. Otherwise, permission to use images will be assumed.


Please note that RAW files are not provided; you will receive fully edited, final images only.

 

Travel & Location Fees

Depending on where your session takes place, a small travel fee may apply if longer travel or if multiple locations are involved. If this is the case, I'll include it in your final quote before you book, so there are no surprises.


If your chosen location has an entrance or permit fee, this will simply be added to the total cost of your session.

 

Payment

Payment is due at least 24 hours before your session. This means that on the day of your shoot, we can simply relax, be present, and focus on creating beautiful memories together.


Once your booking is confirmed, I'll send through your final quote along with the relevant payment details, whether you're paying locally or internationally.

 

WHAT TO WEAR GUIDE

 

What you wear shapes not only how your photos look, but how they feel.


Choose outfits that make you feel comfortable, confident, and like yourself. For a timeless, cohesive look, I recommend soft, neutral, or earthy tones, along with natural fabrics like linen and cotton. Feel free to add a little colour, just keep it subtle so the focus stays on you and your connection.
